We had dinner at Trattoria Abbunnanzia, located at Via Salvatore La Rosa, 18.
Bread plate was pieces of pizza dough--chewy and good with just the right amount of salt.
Pasta alla Norma--€10. Fresh cavatelli with eggplant, ricotta cheese and basil. The pasta was toothy and the eggplant was good but this dish didn't knock my socks off. I decided I'm not a big fan of Pasta alla Norma, or at least I didn't have any good ones in Sicily.
Amberjack with carrots, tomatoes, olive sauce--€16. The Amberjack was meaty and tasty and the sauce was rich.
