With United Polaris business class tickets, we were given access to the PrimaVista Lounge in FCO. It's near Gate E38 after passing security. The lounge is small and the food variety was just adequate. No comfy chairs. There is waitstaff ready to serve you. Definitely not a Polaris-equivalent lounge.
