Back on the main street of Corso Umberto I, we found a snack at Salumeria del Corso, located at #68.
Mortadella Rosette--€2.50. I love mortadella in Italy and this did not disappoint. It was sliced thin, full of flavor and the the roll was soft and chewy. Delicious!
