I modified the traditional Chex Mix recipe:
9 cups Chex cereal
2 cups mini pretzel
1 cup peanuts
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbs seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Add the Chex, pretzel and peanuts to a large microwaveable bowl. Stir to mix.
Mix the butter, Worchestershire sauce, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Pour over Chex mixture and stir.
Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Spread on parchment paper until cool then store in air-tight container.
I used the Penzey's 4/S salt mixture.
