One of the better known places to get pizza in Palermo is Biga Genio e Farina. There are a couple locations in Palermo but the one closer to the center is at Via Maqueda, 284-286. There are some tables outdoors.
There's often a line out the door.
The pizzas are thin crust and sold by the slice. The crust is crispy and it's quite good.
