Avoid the ZTL in Sicily

Driving in Sicily is tricky, especially trying to avoid the ZTL. ZTL stands for Zona Traffico Limitato, restricted traffic areas. Be careful not to drive in these areas or risk getting caught on camera. You'll receive a ticket in the mail a few months later.
