Melamine--excellent with good flavor and tender eggplants. Thin layer of cheese.
Spaghetti with Anchovies--flavorful
Polpette--disappointing. Dry. Couldn't figure out the meat.
Caponata--loaded with bell peppers but still with good eggplant flavor.
