On the way to the West Entrance, turn right on the Scenic Loop Road. It's not paved in this section but easily passable.
The Windstone Arch is not marked but there is a little area to pull off the road. We saw it the day before when there were photographers in the area.
The Windstone Arch is sometimes known as Fire Cave and is a photographer's dream. I didn't do justice to the red & orange sandstone. Lighting is best in the morning.
