After leaving Zion, we found lunch at Viva Chicken in St. George. It's a chain with locations in Utah, North Carolina and South Carolina. This one was located at 1183 E. 100 Street.
Viva chicken specializes in charcoal-fire roasted chicken found on the streets of Peru. Their hormone-free chicken are marinated for 24 hours.

Half chicken--$12.99. It's served with 2 sides--I chose plantains and cilantro rice. It comes with 2 sauces and I chose Aji Amarillo (mild) and Huacatay (moderate spice). The chicken was juicy and the sauces were so good. This was enough for 2 people.
