White Domes

On the drive to White Domes, we came across bighorn sheep crossing the road.

The White Domes trail affords views of white domes, remnants of a Hollywood set and a slot canyon.

The trail passes remnants of "The Professionals," which was filmed in 1966.

The trail ends at the park's longest slot canyon.

Windows in the sandstone rocks.

After the slot canyon, the trail opens up and is not shaded. It's best to avoid the mid-day heat.

This rock formation looks like the Sphinx without a face.
