We had dinner at Taberna A Pedra the next night in Vigo. It's located at Rua Cesteiros, 2 in the old town.

We discovered Terras Gauda--€19. This is a really good bottle of white blend from Rias Baixas. We brought a few bottles home then discovered our local Costco carried it!

ree

Ensalada Mixta--€4. Lettuce, onions and tomatoes simply dressed with vinegar and oil.

ree

Pimientos Padron--€4.50.

ree

Zamburinas--€12. These scallops are so good.

ree

Navajas--€14. Razor clams are crisp on the outside and delicious.

ree

Chipirones--€8.50. Baby squids. I love them when they have eggs inside. These did not but they were still good.

ree

The seafood were all simply prepared--grilled with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. They were all so good! Goes to show you just need the right ingredients.
