The Cathedral in Strasbourg was begun in 1176 and completed 1439.

The entrance is intricately carved.

Note the stork.

The nave is wide and a gold-leafed organ hangs above.

Stained glass windows are elaborate. This rose window is 36 feet wide.

The stone pulpit is from the 1400s.

The highlight of the cathedral is the astronomical clock from the 1500s. Every quarter hour, the clock rings and the figures rotate in front of the grim reaper. At 12:30, a full show is performed.
