Solar do Arco Restaurante

Dinner was at Solar do Arco Restaurante, located at R. de Santa Maria 48 50. We didn't have a reservation but we arrived when it opened and was able to get a table.

1/2 bottle of Muralhas--€6. It was a nice crisp Vinho Verde.

Olives--€1.50.

1/2 portion of Moela (gizzard)--€3. This was tender and tasty in a light tomato-based sauce.

1/2 portion of Vitela Assada No Forno a Moda de Fafe--€9.50. Fafe-style roast veal with potatoes and rice. The veal was tender. Not sure what makes it "Fafe" style.

1/2 portion Lulas Grelhadas--€9. Grilled squid with boiled potatoes and vegetables. The squid was good, albeit a little chewy.
