The other quinta we visited was Quinta do Panasacal. They grow grapes for Fonseca.

A tour and tasting is €10/person. You get an audioguide which directs you through the vineyards.

The 6 different types of grapes that are grown on the quinta: tinta amarela, tinta barroca, tinta cao, tinta roriz, touriga francesa and touriga nacional.

We tasted 3 different ports for the €10 fee: a Siroco white port, Bin 27 (very popular in the US) and a 10-year-old Tawny. All were quite good.
