One of the must-try foods while in Amsterdam are the fries. We saw a long line at Manneken Pis and got in it. There are several locations. We visited the one at Damrak, 41.
Med fries--€4.95 with Fries Sauce—€0.95. I don't know what's so special about these fries. They're medium cut fries, a little crispy on the outside but not super crispy (which I would have preferred). The sauce was like an aioli--good but nothing special,.
