We left Arches National Park mid-day and found Lions Park nearby. It's a city park next to the Colorado River. There's a large paved parking area with restrooms and picnic area. There are bike paths that start at the park.

Take the footbridge over the Colorado River.

View from the bridge.

The footbridge is lined with sculptures made of metal and rock entitled "Forces at Play," by Michael Ford Dunton.
