Levain Bakery

My sister-in-law introduced me to Levain Bakery. They have 4 locations in New York and they've branched out to the Washington DC area as well.

I visited their location in the Upper East Side at 1484 Third Ave.

There are several types of cookies available: chocolate chip walnut, two chip chocolate chip, dark chocolate chocolate chip, dark chocolate peanut butter chip and oatmeal raisin.

The cookies are huge--6 oz each.,

I love the chocolate chip walnut cookies. They're thick, gooey and moist!
