Horseshoe Bend was a quick 10 minute drive from Page, Arizona. It is part of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. It costs $10 to park and the America the Beautiful pass does not give you a discount.
There is a flat 1.5 mile roundtrip path from the parking lot to the edge of the overlook.

This is a much better view of a river bend and you don't even need a drone to get a good picture.

The Colorado River was clean and you can even see the shelf beneath the water.

At the end of the trail, you can climb to get a good panoramic view.
