Cantinho do Aziz is a Mozambique restaurant that is located at Rue de Sao Lourenco, 5. It was mentioned by Mark Wiens of the YouTube channel Migrationology and by Bon Appetit, Food &. Wine and Saveur.

There is outdoor seating.

The sangria--€3 was very good. If you come during Happy Hour, it's half price.

Chamussa de Carne--€2 each. This was the best. The beef chamussa was full of flavor and the wrapping was so crunchy.

Makoufe--€17. Prawns, crab and cabbage stew cooked in a peanut and coconut sauce, served with rice. This had a unique flavor and it was pretty tasty.

Lamb Chacuti--€14. Pieces of tender lamb in a dark coconut sauce, served with coconut rice. The lamb was tender but it wasn't fork tender. Overall, still good.

Overall, the food was quite good. Service was poor though and their press has gone to their head. They were the only restaurant we visited in Portugal where they wanted to know how much to add for tip. And, this is with poor service!
