We found lunch at Bar O'Barazal, located at Rua da Raina 2.

Croqueta Casera--homemade potatoes and cheese balls--€6. These were the best value. Nice and fluffy potato balls.
Zamburinas--€12 for just 6.
It was pricey and the quality was not good. I would recommend going elsewhere.
