Simply Vietnam is located at 3381 Cleveland Avenue. It's my 2nd favorite pho place in Santa Rosa. My favorite is Pho Vietnam but I don't always feel like driving to it.
There is an outdoor patio if you don't want to get it to go.
Beef Combination Pho--$13.50. It includes steak, meatball, brisket, flank steak and fatty brisket.
