Miso Good Ramen is a Japanese restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa. It's located at 507 4th Street. Park on the street or in the lot in back.
Ramune Japanese Soda--$4. This was the original lemon-lime. Take the cap off and punch out the middle. Use it to punch down on the top of the bottle. It releases a marble that starts the carbonation. Totally a gimmick. The soda was too sweet for me and not worth the cost.

Spicy Edamame--$8.50. It was seasoned with chili and sweet soy. It had nice flavor but was pricey for a small serving. If you order the steamed and salted edamame, it's $6.

Capaccio Hamachi--$19. Six slices of hamachi with cucumber, jalapeno, Tobiko, truffle oil and ponzu sauce. The hamachi was super thin and not worth $3 each. I couldn't taste the truffle oil but the ponzu sauce was good.
Kimchee Ramen--$18.75. BBQ Beef Bulgogi, Kimchee, cabbage, bean sprouts, onion, seaweed, soft boiled egg, chili, creamy broth. The bulgogi was very good--good taste and very tender. The soft boiled egg was perfectly prepared. The broth was just a little spicy (mild according to Korean standards) but it was too creamy for me.
