When we were in Hong Kong a few years ago, we discovered Irvin's Salted Egg Fish Skins. They're so good and addicting. You can order them from Irvin's--$29.99 for three 3.7 oz bags.

I found these Salted Egg Golden Cubes at a Lion Market in San Jose. They have a nice flavor and are $3.49 a bag.
