QQ is located at 10889 S Blaney Ave in Cupertino. They're known for making "bouncy" or QQ noodles.
Sliced Pork Ear with Hot Oil Sauce--$8.26 and Vegetable Salad--$7.34. The pork ear had good texture but was too spicy for me. The vegetable salad was cold but was good. It had a nice sesame oil flavor. Skip the ears and order the vegetable salad next time.
We also ordered Braised Beef Brisket with Pulled Noodle Soup--$15.58. I forgot to take a picture. The noodles were very good and had just the right amount of QQ. The broth was very light but didn't have a deep beef flavor. I would order again and give it another try.
