Shanghai Gardens was located at 20956 Homestead Road in Cupertino. Sadly, it has closed since our visit 11/2022.
Shanghai Smoked Fish--$9.95. This had a smoky and sweet taste which was good.
Special Fish Gluten with Seafood & Pea Leaf--$17.95. The gluten was stuffed with fish. I liked this dish.
Red Cooked Pork with Tofu Knot--$14.95. I liked the tofu knot but the pork was tough.
Shanghai Pan Fried Juicy Pork Buns--$8.95. Nice & juicy inside, crispy bottom. They tasted good with the ginger vinegar. These were the stars of the meal.
Preserved Vegetable Rice Cake--$11.95. Just okay.
Salty Bean Milk with Chinese Donut--$3.75. This was a big miss. The salty bean milk was not what I expected. It was a smooth bean milk with no substance and not much flavor.
