My favorite pho place in Santa Rosa is Pho Vietnam, located at 711 Stony Point Road.
I always get the Combo--eye round steak, brisket, flank steak, tendon, tripe and meatballs. The small is $9.25, the large is $10.25 and the x-large is $11.75. The x-large is enough for 2 people.
I also like their A1--Cha Gio--deep fried spring rolls for $6.75. Be careful when ordering. A2 is Goi Cuon or the fresh spring rolls.
