If you haven't been to Parish Cafe, you need to go. It's located at 60 Mill Street in Healdsburg.
Beignets--$6. These are so good. Light and fluffy.
Eggs Nouvells Orleans--$18.50. Poached eggs, lump blue crabmeat, shallots & housemate hollandaise. This had quite a bit of crab and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The hollandaise was delicious.
