Mayflower Seafood Restaurant is located in the Milpitas Square in Milpitas, California. They serve dim sum and have a tented outdoor dining.

Chicken Feet in Black Bean Sauce--$6.25. This was quite good. Large chicken feet with a tasty sauce.

Steamed Bean Curd Roll--$6.25. This was also good. The filling had water chestnuts in addition to shrimp and mushrooms.

ree

Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf--$7.25. The sticky rice was flavorful and the filling had meat and sausage.

ree

Shanghai Soup Dumpling--$7.25. These were small and on the sweet side. There also was not much soup inside the dumpling.

ree

Baked BBQ Pork Puffs--$6.25. These were quite good with a crispy crust and flavorful BBQ pork filling.

ree

Fried Dumplings with Minced Pork--$4.95. These were not greasy and good.

ree

Pan Fried Turnip Cake--$6.25. These had small chunks of turnips and were more flavorful than the average turnip cake.

ree

Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll--$7.25. Large shrimp and the rice noodle was thin enough. Not quite as good as Joe's Steam Rice Rolls in Flushing, New York but Joe's is the best I've ever tasted.

ree

Stir Fried Pea Sprouts--$9.25. Nice garlic flavor.

ree

Braised e-Fu Noodles with Mushrooms--$18.80. The noodles were soft and the mushroom sauce was flavorful.

ree

Baked Taro Paste Buns--$8.25. These were good--milk bun with sweet flaky exterior.

ree

Mochi with Fresh Mango--$6.25. These had a small piece of fresh mango inside and were good.

ree

Black Sesame Rolls--$6.25. This wasn't what we thought we were ordering--we wanted the mochi with black sesame inside. This was full of sesame flavor but not tasty enough to order again.

ree

Tea is $1.50 per person and for groups of more than 5, a 18% service charge is added. Service was very slow and we had to ask 5 times for water before it was served.
