Long Beach Seafood has THE best chili crab in Singapore. It's not sweet, not too tomatoey, has a small amount of heat and an interesting taste with lemongrass. I think it's the best chili crab in Singapore! There's a location on Roberson Quay. I made reservations online.

Mantou--fried Bun--SGD1.40 ($1) each serving. Two buns/serving. These were soft inside and good. Perfect to sop up the chili sauce.

Chili Mud Crab--SGD10.80/100g if <1399g. Ours was just about 900g (2 lbs) and cost SGD98 ($71.22). The sauce was amazing and the crabmeat was sweet. Wish it wasn't such a high effort food to peel the crab.

Additional charges: Long Jing Chinese Tea--SGD3.60 ($2.62) for a pot and "Towels"--SGD0.60 ($0.44). We got a handful of paper towels, plastic gloves and a wetnap.
