I found these Rosemary Garlic Lamb Shanks at Costco.
I followed the package instructions and made these in the Instant Pot. It was very flavorful and tender but the vegetables were too small.
I tried it again with larger vegetable pieces and liked this much better.
You can serve the lamb shanks over noodles, polenta or rice.
