My new favorite store is Grocery Outlet. It's always fun to see what kind of surprises they have.
One day, I found these Laksa Curry noodle packages for 99 cents each. I miss traveling and this reminded me of our trip to Singapore. I loved the hawker stands where you can get a nice bowl of noodles. These noodles have coconut milk and the flavor is so good. I added fresh Thai basil and cilantro and shredded rotisserie chicken.
