I've missed dining at Kong Tofu & BBQ, located at 19626 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino.
Barchans are small side dishes served in Korean restaurants alongside your meal. These barchans were fish cake, potatoes, chap chae (potato starch noodles), zucchini, seaweed and kimchi (from upper left and going clockwise). My favorites are the fish cake, chap chai and seaweed.
I always get the Soft Tofu with Clams--$15.99. It comes to the table piping hot. Crack an egg into it and it cooks in the soup. I get mine very mild and it's spicy enough for me. The purple rice is worth the $0.49 adder.
