Green Onion Pancake--$2.99. This is very good--thin and with plenty of flavor.
Tonkotsu Udon--$12.99. Served with pork belly chasu, spinach, coddled egg in housemate tonkotsu soup. You have a choice of thin or thick homemade udon noodles. This is so good and the noodles have just the right texture. The texture is QQ (just the right amount of bounce to the noodles when you chew it).
Seafood Udon--$13.99. Prawns, scallops and squid with housemade chicken broth. This was good but I prefer the tonkotsu broth.
