We were on our way to get massages and looked for a light meal. We found Hooi Kee Eating House, located between our hotel and the spa. It's on Clemenceau Avenue at the Haw Par Centre.
There's a large variety of items from which to choose.
I chose fried rice noodles, eggplant and tofu--SGD3.60 ($2.70).
Dumpling Soup--SGD3.50 ($2.62).
