Flavor Bistro, Sebastopol, CA

Flavor Bistro is a great restaurant in Sebastopol. It's located at 7365 Healdsburg Ave, Sebastopol. Parking is limited but you can usually find parking on Florence Avenue. If you park there, be sure to check out the metal art sculptures on the street.

Dungeness Crab Cake--$15.95. Lots of crab, minimal filling and a mound of sweet potato shoestring fries.

I really like their Bistro Style Salad--$12.95 reg/$9.95 small. It includes bacon, poached egg, croutons, escarole and frisee. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of it.

Burger--$11.95. "We Grind the Beef. w/Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Flavormade Pickles, Mayo, Ketchup. This was a huge burger and too big to take a bite. It was very flavorful.

Pork Chop--$19.95 (add an extra chop for $8). Served with layered Parmesan potatoes, creamy veggies and sundried fruit compote. The pork chops are brined so they're tender.

Bomba--$8.95. Gelato, Coffee, Chocolate, Cream, Nuts. So delicious, rich and decadent. You won't be disappointed.
