Flavor Bistro was my favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa until they closed in November 2016. They re-opened finally. The new location is at 7365 Healdsburg Avenue in Sebastopol.
Bistro Salad--large $10.95. Bacon, poached egg, croutons, escarole, frisee. The egg was perfectly poached and the runny yolk was so good on the salad green.
Molly's Chicken--$12.95. Slow cooked, Middle Eastern spices, white wine, citrus, veggies, potato puree. The chicken was so tender and flavorful.
Pork Chop--$14.95 (add an extra pork chop for $6). Layered Parmesan potatoes, creamy veggies, sun-dried fruit compote. So good. The pork chops are juicy & moist.
