Flavor Bistro is located at 7365 Healdsburg Avenue in Sebastopol. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Sonoma County.
Bistro Style Salad--$12.95--large enough for 2. The small version is $9.95. Bacon, Poached Egg, Croutons, Escarole, Frisée. I love this salad, especially when the runny yolk runs all over the salad.
Boscaiola--$16.95, small for $13.95. Slow Cooked Meat Sauce, Porcini, Red Wine, Parmesan served over homemade pasta. The pasta is cooked al dente and the meat sauce is delicious.
Pork Chop--$17.95. You can add a pork chop for $6.00. Layered Parmesan Potatoes, Creamy Veggies, Sun-Dried Fruit Compote. The pork chop is brined and so good. It's flavorful and juicy. One of my favorite dishes.
Bomba--$8.95. Gelato, Coffee, Chocolate, Cream, Nuts. Great dessert.
