Flavor Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants. It's located at 7365 Healdsburg Avenue in Sebastopol. They don't take reservations. Get there before 5pm or plan to wait.
Housemade focaccia is delicious and served gratis.
My favorite salad on the menu is Bistro Style--bacon, poached egg, croutons, escarole and frisee. This is the regular, which serves 2--$11.95. They also have a small for $9.25.
Boscaiola--slow cooked meat sauce, porcini, red wine and parmesan. It's served over homemade tagliatelle and it's so good. The regular is $15.95 and small is $12.95. I get the regular and split it as a first course.
Molly's Chicken--slow cooked, Middle Eastern spices, white wine, citrus served with veggies and potato puree--$12.95. The chicken is tender and so flavorful.
