Flavor Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Rosa. They used to be located in the downtown area but is now located in Sebastopol at 7365 Healdsburg Avenue. There is no parking onsite so you'll need to look for street parking.

Mussels--$9.95. Mussels in White Wine & Garlic with Herb Bread. This is so good.
Organic Pear & Endive Salad--$10.95 reg/$7.95 small. Balsamic glazed, walnut gremolata and Gorgonzola dulce. This is a nice salad with good flavor pairing. The regular is large enough for 2 to share.
Boscaiola--$15.95 reg/$12.95 small. Slow cooked meat sauce, porcini, red wine and parmesan. The pasta was cooked al dente but there was enough sauce for me to take home and have another portion.
Pork Chop--$15.95, add a 2nd chop for $6. This is my favorite entree at Flavor Bistro. The pork chop is brined and so tender. If you don't like pork chops, give this a try and it'll change your mind. It's served with layered parmesan potatoes, creamy veggies and sun-dried fruit compote.
