Day 11--Fremantle

We arrived in Fremantle at 2pm.








Lunch in the Terrace Cafe--Fish & Chips, Chicken Satay, Pot PIe, Yorkshire Pudding.



Dinner in the Main Dining Room started with Auguste Escoffier's Bouchee a la Reina, with Chicken, Truffle, Mushrooms, Supreme Sauce.


Sarah Bernhardt Chicken Consomme with Prawns, Chicken Quenelle and Asparagus.


Argentinian Flank Steak with Chimichurri, Fried Sweet Potatoes.


Grilled Lamb Chops with Thyme Jus, Garlic Cream and Vegetable Casserole.


Souffle of the Day.
