Cibo Rustica is located at 1305 Cleveland Avenue in Santa Rosa. They offered a 2-course lunch for $15. You have a choice of an appetizer or salad and an entree.

We tried Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus--Oven roasted, breadsticks, olive oil, parmesan

The breadstick was so good with just the right amount of chewiness.

Caesar Salad--Chopped Romaine, César Dressing, Croutons, Shaved Parmesan, Salt & Pepper. The Caesar salad had crisp lettuce and the right amount of dressing. Instead of the advertised shaved Parmesan, it was shredded Parmesan but the salad was still delicious.

Bolognese Gnocchi--Italy-Sourced Potato Gnocchi with Porcini Mushrooms, Doused In Our Signature Slow Cooked Beef & Pork Bolognese Sauce, Topped w/ Parmesan Cheese. The gnocchi were perfectly cooked and the sauce was very tasty. Not a rich, meaty bolognese but tasty porcini and meat sauce with a slight kick. It was just the right amount of spiciness.
