Our home in Coos Bay was the Red Lion Hotel. It is located at 1313 North Bayshore Drive. It's only a 4-minute drive to the downtown area but there isn't much near the hotel.
The hotel is spread out over several 2-story buildings. This hotel was very disappointing. The nightly rate was $170 a night in July and there were no amenities. I understand part of it has to do with COVID but with fewer amenities, you would think the rates would be reduced.
