Harris Beach State Park

Harris Beach State Park is located just north of Brookings and it's supposed to be a good place to see tufted puffins. The season is May-August.
The puffins can be found on Goat Island and the best chance of seeing them is at dusk. Unfortunately, we didn't find any.
