We stayed at the Gold Beach Inn. They had purchased Ireland's Rustic Lodges next door and we unfortunately, got a room in the Garden Lodge. The building needed remodeling. Our door looked like it had been kicked in one too many times. WiFi did not work in our building.
The beds were comfortable though.
We ended up with a kitchenette, which we did not request.
The room was very rustic.
But, the bathroom had been updated and the shower pressure was good.
You can walk to the beach from the hotel. The Ireland Lighthouse is on the way to the beach.
