Edgewater Restaurant, Bandon, OR

Edgewater Restaurant is one of the nicest restaurants in Bandon. It's located at 480 1st Street SW. There are outdoor tables facing the water. Indoor dining is spread out and many tables have views of the water as well. Dress is smart casual.

The complimentary bread is warm.

Crispy Fried Oysters--$15. These were light and good. They were served with lemon and cocktail sauce.

One of the specials for the evening was Fresh Pacific Chinook Salmon--$31. This was grilled and basted with roasted garlic chipotle butter. The salmon was so good. It was moist and the chipotle butter was delicious.

Seafood Romesco--$29. This was Spanish style seafood stew with prawns, scallops, crab, halibut, clams and mussels in a toasted almond fish broth. It was served with homemade garlic bread, although they looked more like pita bread. The stew was loaded with seafood and the broth was quite good.

Highly recommended. Be sure to make reservations and ask for a table with water view.
