Duke's Beach Grill is located on North Beach in Ka'anapali at 130 Kai Malina Parkway. It's open 7 days a week, 8 am-9 pm. There is live music from 5:30-8 pm. Be sure to make reservations.
Waipoli Farms Caesar Salad--$11. It's large enough for 2 to share.
Baked Duke's Fish--$31.50. Garlic, lemon and sweet basil glaze served with jasmine farro rice.
Sautéed Mac Nut & Herb Crusted Fish--$36.50. Parmesan and panko dusted, lemon caper butter and jasmine farro rice. I liked this preparation better than the Duke's fish, although Duke's was good as well.
Kimo's Original Hula Pie--$13. Chocolate cookie crust, macadamia nut ice cream, hot fudge, toasted macadamia nuts, This was amazingly good. Since we were celebrating an anniversary, this was complimentary.
We were there right before sunset and it was a beautiful sunset.
