The next day's exploration started at Devils Golf Course, located off Badlands Road, just south of Artists Drive. It's an immense area of rock salt eroded into jagged spires. "Only the devil could play golf on such rough links." You may hear pops--the sound of billions of salt crystals bursting apart as they expand and contract in the heat.
