At Beachfront Park, you'll find a Mammal Rescue Center. There were 5 seals in residence.
Nearby, you'll find Battery Point Lighthouse.
The lighthouse is only accessible at low tide. Reminds me of Mont St. Michel.
You can tour the lighthouse for $5 per adult.
SeaQuake Brewery is also near Beachfront Park. You can have lunch or dinner in either indoor or outdoor seating. We ordered a Caesar salad. The lettuce was wet and did not hold on to the dressing well. It was disappointing.
