Fifteen miles from Adrian is Vega. As you enter town from the west, you'll find Roosters Mexican Restaurant, with a giant colorful rooster.

Next, you'll find a family of metal bisons.

The Hickory Inn Cafe is 2 blocks east of Roosters.

The Vega Motel was constructed in 1947 and is still in operation.

The Magnolia Station is a restored service station in Vega.

It now houses the Chamber of Commerce.

You can still find an old pump out front.

The Milburn-Price Culture Museum is across the street. Exhibits cover agricultural and energy industries of the western panhandle.

The Oldham County Courthouse is nearby.

Small strip of colorful storefronts in the downtown area.

Dot's Mini Museum is a few blocks west of the courthouse. It houses the personal artifacts of one of its citizens. Apparently, there is a tree decorated with old boots behind the museum. Another quirky stop on Old Route 66.
